Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Essentials 4 Balance, we want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your well-being. Below you'll find our refund and cancellation policies for each of our offerings.
1. Free Offerings
The Downshifting Protocol Workshop (Free)
Our introductory workshop is offered at no cost. No payment is required, so no refund is applicable. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us.
Harmony Daily & Harmony by Design Community (Free)
These are free community resources. You may leave or unsubscribe at any time without any obligation.
2. Paid Programmes
The 21-Day Calibration Lab
- Full refund: Available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 3 days of programme content.
- Partial refund: If you have accessed more than 3 days but fewer than 10 days of content, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
- No refund: After 10 days of content access or 14 calendar days from purchase, whichever comes first.
The Harmony Intensive (90-Day Programme)
- Cooling-off period: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided the programme has not yet commenced.
- After programme start: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that 90 days is a significant commitment, and we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.
- Payment plans: If you are on a payment plan and wish to discontinue, please contact us. Remaining payments may be adjusted based on the stage of the programme.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at harmony@essentials4balance.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- The programme or product name
- Your reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful)
We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
5. Cancellations
- Workshop cancellations by us: If we cancel a scheduled workshop, all registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or rescheduled session.
- Programme access: Cancelling your participation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please refer to the specific programme policies above.
6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you are facing extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.), please reach out to us directly. We are human first and will always try to find a compassionate resolution.
7. Chargebacks
We respectfully ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur processing fees and can often be resolved more quickly through direct communication. Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks may result in restricted access to future services.
